The use of the Zendesk portal is offered by Hoag as a convenience for its employees. You are not required to utilize this system outside of your normal working hours. Rather, you are able and encouraged to use Hoag computer systems during your working hours. For your convenience, you may voluntarily choose to access Zendesk remotely as well.
